Administrative officer (3 Positions)

Bangkok, Thailand

Your role will be supporting day to day operation by supporting audit staffs including
  1. Typing and checking financial statements using Microsoft Office
  2. Issued and liaison with client regarding quotations, engagement letters, financial statements, invoicing, cheque, and etc
  3. Support Human Resource team as needed
  4. Organising paper work in a system manner
  5. Ad hoc tasks as needed
  1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field 
  2. Working experience 1 to 5 years
  3. GPA higher than 2.5
  4. Good command of Microsoft Office
  5. Fair command of English
  6. Details oriented, systematic, and organized
  7. Able to work under pressure
  8. Energetic and have good personality
  9. Ability to use ACCPAC or Express Accounting Software is an advantage
